Coastline Capital believes in working with intermediaries to expand deal flow and source unique opportunities. We recognize the importance of the service intermediaries provide and are pleased to reward in cash those who provide leads and/or introductions that result in completed transactions. Additionally, we encourage you to represent us on proprietary buy-side ideas and opportunities, fees for which will be paid in cash upon the closing of a transaction. We believe in open, mutually beneficial communication and encourage you to contact us regularly to discuss opportunities, markets, industries, and ideas. We will pay finders’ fees, buy-side fees, and related commissions that lead to completed transactions.
